Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA-based assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions with individuals and families.

You will supervise RBTs, maintain EHR documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure ethical, high-quality care and improved client outcomes. This role emphasizes data-driven progress, crisis management, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ASD assessments and evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and refine approaches with the team.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client needs and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collect and analyze progress data to evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
