Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, planning, and evidence-based interventions.

You will work with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include developing BIPs, supervising RBTs, documenting progress, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with ASD.
• Develop and monitor individualized BIPs.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client.
• Record progress and adjust plans based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech and OT.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff; provide training.
• Complete daily clinical documentation in EHR.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies for home use.
• Participate in team meetings and crisis management as needed.
