Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver comprehensive ABA-based assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to improve communication, social and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes supervising RBTs, maintaining thorough documentation, and staying current with ethical guidelines and best practices in autism treatment.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Design and monitor ABA interventions tailored to client goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate and support families and caregivers in applying strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff; provide training and feedback.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare clinical reports.
