Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and manage center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role involves ensuring quality treatment, coordinating with care teams, and maintaining standards of care in accordance with state and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed analyst as required by state.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism.
• Ongoing professional development encouraged and supported.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
