Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff.
• Knowledge of insurance authorization and program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on intensity, modality, and exit planning.
• Collaborate with parents and other stakeholders on treatment goals.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure quality care.
• Supervise staff to develop independent clinical skills and certification readiness.
• Complete administrative tasks, including reports and insurance reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
