Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA clinicians in Columbus, GA to provide high-quality ABA services to children from birth to 21 years. The role supports families and children with autism, focusing on intervention design, data collection, and supervision of technicians in a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or candidate), state dependent deadlines.
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to help children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share achievements with clients and families.
• Provide guidance during family conversations to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Communicate concerns and advocate for clients when issues arise.
• Mentor and train the growing team of behavior technicians.
