Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Help clients achieve positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Mentor and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions and maintain pace.
