Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy in Atlanta, GA. You will create treatment plans for clients with autism, supervise RBTs, and support caregivers with guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Strong supervisory and management skills essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans including VB-based programs and FBA.
• Train, supervise, and guide RBTs in plan implementation.
• Monitor ongoing ABA programs and update as needed.
• Record data accurately on our data collection platform.
