Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, using data-driven treatment techniques to drive positive outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors develop.
• Support families by explaining results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise and orient the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Maintain safety and physical activity adherence during sessions with children aged 2-15.
