Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.

The role requires occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings as needed Hours are scheduled based on client needs and your availability within this limit, with a minimum five weekdays in at least two time-blocks

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (where required).
• At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience with autism.
• Proficient with assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20-30% travel).
