Building Blocks Therapy in Avon, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, design, and oversee individualized ABA programs for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. You will lead planning, data-driven decision making, and family collaboration to maximize progress.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, monitor data, and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness while upholding BACB ethics and professional standards in a collaborative team.

Formación

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
• Passion for making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote skill development.
• Provide ongoing support and adjustments to behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with BACB guidelines.
