Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism across our clinical team. The BCBA will work closely with families, supervise field staff, and coordinate with external providers to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) or equivalent state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical ABA experience with children with autism.
• Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and creating function-based plans.
• Strong data interpretation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for a caseload of clients with autism and related disabilities.
• Conduct skill-based and behavioral assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Perform FBAs and develop BIPs with data-based intervention strategies.
• Develop measurable treatment goals and review progress with data-driven updates.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and state regulations.
• Provide supervision to BHTs and RBTs per BACB standards.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Document session notes, treatment plans, and required records timely.
