Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA will partner with families, supervise staff, and coordinate with external providers to ensure cohesive, high‑quality care.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, supervision of BHTs and RBTs, family training, and data‑driven treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure as required per regulations.
• Experience supervising BHTs/RBTs and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for a caseload of children with ASD.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs; update programming based on data.
• Provide supervision to BHTs and RBTs per BACB standards.
• Train and onboard supervisees; maintain supervision documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, schools, and therapists.
• Communicate progress to families in an accessible manner.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
