Job summary

Lauren’s Institute for Education in Gilbert, AZ seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral services within our ABA program. You will assess learning skills, develop instructional plans, and supervise staff while collaborating with families and providers to maximize learner outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification and Arizona licensure, with strong organizational and communication abilities and a commitment to quality interdisciplinary care across settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have BCBA certification recognized by the BACB.
• Must have a current Arizona license to practice as a Behavior Analyst; or be supervised by a licensed analyst.

Responsibilities

• Assess basic language and learning skills.
• Develop initial and ongoing teaching strategies for skill areas.
• Conduct client team meetings for case reviews, training and program development.
• Maintain communication with all team members and ensure continuity of care.
