Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field.
• AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a license.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to increase provider productivity.
• Assess and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians.

Strong communication skills

Experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK
