Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead in-home, school, and community settings across Arizona. The role offers flexible schedules, strong support, and opportunities for growth with a focus on data-driven ABA programs.

We seek clinicians with a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, who can supervise BTs/RBTs and design effective curricula while collaborating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification and LBA experience.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• In-home, school, and community settings experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
