Intermountain Centers in Tucson, AZ seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services in clinic and in-home settings for clients with autism spectrum disorders. You will plan, develop, and monitor treatment and supervise RBTs and BHTs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the Child and Family Team, data-driven program management, and training in ABA strategies, functional assessments, and behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required and AZ licensure.
• 1 year BCBA experience preferred; 3 years with autism or related disorders.
• Experience with behavior assessments and data-driven plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BHTs.
• Develop and monitor ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families.
• Conduct and review assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS).
• Maintain timely progress notes in EHR within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with Child and Family Team.
