Job summary

LEARN Academy in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment and family partnership, with reasonable billable expectations.

Positions available for both part-time and full-time, with strong clinical leadership and multidisciplinary support across LEARN Behavioral. Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional development is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor behavior technicians and support staff.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
