Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment, supervise staff, and coordinate with families while managing reports and insurance authorizations.

This full-time role emphasizes developmentally appropriate, evidence-based outcomes and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed and meet Wisconsin requirements.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care align with state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transition planning with families.
• Supervise staff to develop independent clinical skills and maintain certification.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete reports and insurance reviews.
