Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will lead treatment teams, ensure quality care, and coordinate with families and providers to secure funding.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning, in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders, with emphasis on developmentally appropriate outcomes.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the QET measure.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Supervise others to develop supervisees' independent clinical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and certification fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and forms to ensure funding.
