Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role includes supervising clinical staff, ensuring adherence to state and insurance guidelines, and delivering quality treatment.

The BCBA will collaborate with parents and other stakeholders, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and complete reports and funding documents.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or equivalent state license.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and supervisees.
• Complete reports, insurance reviews, and funding documents for client services and staff management.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
