Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role involves clinical leadership, program development, and collaboration with families and care teams.

You will ensure adherence to standards of care, support staff training, and coordinate with insurance providers to secure funding for services. Prior experience in ABA with autism is required.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure all standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and exit planning with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on QET measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Supervise staff to develop independent clinical skills and meet certification requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
