Job summary

ACES is seeking a BCBA‑certified clinician in Texas to design, implement, and supervise tailored ABA programs for children with autism. You will partner with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care and measurable progress.

You will mentor Behavior Technicians, leverage data collection tools, and contribute to ongoing clinical development. The role includes relocation consideration and a strong focus on career growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Texas or licensure in progress.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Ability to lead and train entry‑level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
