Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs, preferably in ABA.
• Leadership skills to train and support entry‑level staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver services.
