Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs for children with ASD. You will supervise staff, analyze learner data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You’ll maintain clinical documentation, ensure BACB and HIPAA compliance, and contribute to staff training and program development in a supportive, mission-driven environment committed to growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Train and support staff and families in ABA principles, treatment programs, and behavior strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
