Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children with ASD. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, analyze data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with families and the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret functional assessments and clinical assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to staff and team members.
• Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, families, and providers to ensure quality care.
• Support staff development and retention through feedback and training.
• Maintain supervision and productivity requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and billing accurately.
