Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise technicians while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will ensure data-driven progress, maintain clinical documentation, and uphold BACB ethics and Michigan licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust programs.
• Provide supervision and coaching to technicians and other team members.
• Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with families, treatment teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintain supervision, productivity, and documentation per BACB and state requirements.
