Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a BCBA to develop ABA programs for children with autism, supervise staff, and analyze learner data to drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver evidence-based care and participate in ongoing training and program development.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Michigan licensure eligibility or current LBA credential.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven reviews.
• Provide supervision and coaching to technicians and staff.
• Train families and staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Maintain clinical documentation, data collection, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and state requirements.
