Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA services for children with autism. You will design and oversee treatment programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You'll rely on data-driven decision making, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining compliance with BACB ethics and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Michigan LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct assessments and functional assessments.
• Use data to evaluate progress and adjust programs.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff.
• Train families in ABA principles and strategies.
• Deliver direct ABA services as needed.
• Participate in meetings with families and treatment teams.
• Maintain documentation and billing accurately.
• Uphold BACB ethics, HIPAA, and licensure requirements.
