Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA services for children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment programs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

In this role you will provide clinical supervision to technicians, participate in meetings, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain BACB ethics and licensure standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA certification.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB is required.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility for Michigan licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Train staff and families in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in parent and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Support staff development and retention through feedback and training.
• Maintain supervision productivity and documentation compliance.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and billing timely.
