Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You’ll conduct assessments, analyze data, and supervise Therapists and staff while partnering with families and clinicians.

The role emphasizes ethics, compliance, and ongoing collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families in the greater Lansing area.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to staff and families.
• Maintain clinical documentation and data accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, Michigan licensure, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
