Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead personalized ABA programs for children with autism and supervise staff within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will analyze data, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with BACB standards and HIPAA while partnering with families to achieve meaningful outcomes in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification (BACB).
Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility.
Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments.
Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
Provide supervision, coaching, and support to staff.
Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
Participate in meetings with families and treatment teams.
Maintain documentation, data, and billing accurately.
