Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism.

The BCBA will supervise staff, conduct assessments, review data, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services. East Lansing location with a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB is required.
• Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments.
• Use data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to staff and families.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Complete clinical documentation and billing accurately and timely.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards and licensure requirements.
• Participate in meetings with families and treatment teams.

Education

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
