Job summary

ACES is seeking a BCBA with Texas licensure or in process to lead clinical ABA programs across in-home, center, or telehealth formats. You will mentor technicians, collaborate with families, and drive data-backed progress reporting while ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and Texas LBA licensure in progress or obtained.
• Experience leading and supervising entry-level staff.
• Ability to design and supervise ABA programs with data-driven progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain compliance with background checks, TB tests, and immunizations.
