ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Matthews, NC. The role focuses on developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans and supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and coordinating ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Improve clinical standard operating procedures.
