ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care in Matthews, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, NC LBA licensure, and a Master's in ABA, with experience across settings and insurance protocols. This full-time hybrid position offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• NC LBA licensure is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
