ABA A Step At A Time Care in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment planning and supervise RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required for the role.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active NC LBA licensure is required.
• Experience with early learning curricula and functional assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA in multiple settings.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; passion for client impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical SOPs.
