ABA A Step At A Time Care in Apex, NC seeks an experienced BCBA to lead ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and teams to drive client outcomes. The role offers hybrid schedules and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience designing in-center, in-home, in-school programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Improve clinical standard operating procedures.
