ABA A Step At A Time Care in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a passionate, parent-founded and clinician-led team.

The role focuses on developing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful client outcomes while upholding ethical and payer standards. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and NC licensure current.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum and assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
