ABA A Step At A Time Care in Ballantyne, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client outcomes. The role requires BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure, plus a Master’s in ABA.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Experience with scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

NC LBA licensure
