Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Pennsylvania seeks a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and collaborate with Clinical Directors.

Caseload up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week, ages 2–18 (mostly under 6). Relocation assistance and up to $100k salary. We offer comprehensive benefits, CEU stipend, and career ladder in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
