Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the Northeast delivers high-quality ABA services for children with autism. As a BCBA, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapy in clinical settings with up to 10 clients and supervise up to 5 RBTs, writing treatment plans and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs and supervise staff as needed.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to uphold best practices.
