Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism within our Northeast clinics. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases.
