Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the Northeast seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in clinic settings. Manage a caseload up to 10 clients, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans with ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB credentials.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience in clinical settings; RBT background a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a clinic setting.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours per week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leaders to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB/state guidelines.
