Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Dallas, TX seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess individuals on the autism spectrum and design individualized behavior intervention plans. You will work with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality care and client progress.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising staff, tracking progress with detailed reports, and ensuring adherence to insurance expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
