Job summary

LEARN Academy in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead, supervise, and collaborate with teams delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll provide oversight for clinicians, ensure data-driven care, and partner with families to support school and life skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analytic services.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Ensure client safety and data-based decision making.
• Guide ongoing teaching procedures and program directions.
• Deliver person-centered, assent-based treatment.
