Job summary

LEARN Academy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will lead a collaborative team, supervise behavior technicians, and conduct program reviews with funding sources.

You’ll have access to regional leadership, involvement with LEARN Behavioral across states, and a strong emphasis on assent-based, person-centered care with family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required for eligible applicants.
• BCBA certification or BCBA exam within the next three months is required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
