Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise a team delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. You will mentor clinicians, supervise data collection, and collaborate with families and funding sources to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, partnership with families, and adherence to evidence-based practices across multiple states within the LEARN network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within next 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification/licensing as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) and write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority and ensure program delivery per clinical directions.
• Analyze data/behavior to inform decisions and guide teaching procedures.
• Ensure timely implementation of directives from the senior clinical team.
