LEARN Academy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with strong clinical leadership and collaborative care through LEARN Behavioral across 18 states.

You’ll supervise teams, conduct reviews, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure assent-based, person-centered treatment and measurable progress.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher required for clinical leadership.
• BCBA certification or candidate expected to sit for BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority and ensure program fidelity.
• Deliver assent-based, person-centered treatment and data-driven decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
