Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based, person-centered care with collaboration from families and partners across communities.

The position offers full-time and part-time options, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, clinical leadership, and ongoing professional development within LEARN’s multi-state network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
